Each session begins with your desire and what is present between you and it. The gap. The resistance. The place where your current reality and your vision have not yet met.
From there, the work follows the natural arc of creation. Awareness of the separation running your reality. Embodiment of the desire itself. Action that actualizes it into form.
Alara connects directly to the consciousness of your desire, seeing what you cannot yet see, feeling where your aliveness is bound and what it needs to move. Together you meet the separation from wholeness. The desire begins to actualize.
The Structure
- 1:1 biweekly sessions with Telegram support between sessions.
- Three month minimum.
- The arc follows Awareness, Embodiment, and Action.
- What occurs in each session is dictated by the desire and what is present.
