Who is Alara Sage

What do you desire?

It is the question Alara Sage has asked her entire life — of herself, and of every person she has ever worked with. Because she wants to feel you in the intimacy of that desire. To know the person, there.

It is the most precise portal available. Because the answer — or the inability to answer — reveals everything about where power has been lost and where aliveness is waiting.

The Reckoning

I remember the moment my body dropped to the floor.

Moments before, my life had looked perfect. The thriving business. The higher purpose. The loving partner. The healthy boys. Every box checked.

Underneath it, a hum. Like the soft wind in the night, constantly brushing up against the window. Never allowing full rest.

I smiled whenever someone looked my way. Wore the mask of holding it all together. It was like sandpaper against my skin — and I chose the sandpaper over the truth. Because the truth felt more unbearable than the friction.

Then the money was stolen. Six figures. Gone in moments.

My body dropped to the floor — the breath ripped clean from my lungs.

Six months later, my business collapsed completely.

It was only in the complete absence of everything I had built that I could finally see what had been creating it.

What remained was the thing I had been running from my entire life — the wound of not enough. This was not a failure. It was a reckoning. And it had finally demanded to be seen.

The hole, I realized, was never meant to be filled. Only met.

That meeting became the foundation of everything I now do.

What It Made Possible

I know the wound. Not from the outside, from inside it.

I know its architecture, its voice, its sophistication. I know how it hides inside ambition and calls itself drive. How it builds empires and calls it purpose. How it keeps powerful people from the very thing they are building toward.

I know this because I lived it completely. Including the collapse.

What that gave me is not a methodology.
It is intimacy.

The specific ability to see the wound in someone else before they can see it in themselves, and to know precisely where it needs to be met.

That is not something that can be learned. It can only be lived.

Where This Work Lives

Everything I lived, everything I learned, everything the wound taught me — it moves through three expressions.

In private 1:1 mentorship, I work directly with leaders ready to meet the pattern that has been running them.

In Awakening Aliveness, I wrote the book that holds the full philosophy — the one I wish had existed when I was on the floor.

And on stages, I bring this truth to the rooms where it needs to be heard.
